• All media members and photographers wishing to cover a home Elon women's basketball game during the 2009 season must complete and submit the following request form. The form must be fully completed for the request to be reviewed. • All requests must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. two days prior to the home contest. • Each media member using a credential represents that s/he is acting on a specific assignment for a newspaper, or for a press, news or photographic service. • Each person from a media organization will need to submit a seperate request. • Spouses, dates, non-workers and anyone under 18 years of age will NOT be granted credentials. • ANY unauthorized use of credentials subjects the bearer to ejection from the arena and the accredited organization to revocation of all its credentials for future Elon athletic events. • Please refer to the media policies in the 2009 Elon Phoenix Women's Basketball Media Guide for media guidelines.
