AFLAC

The annual open enrollment period for the 2017 supplemental benefits is October 24, 2016 through November 4, 2016. During this time all employees will be eligible to add or make changes to their  AFLAC insurance products.

AFLAC offers several voluntary supplemental plans that are all available through payroll deduction. Representatives from AFLAC will be available to meet with and guide you through the selection process if you are enrolling in the supplemental insurance plan(s) for the first time or wish to change any of your previous elections. You will be able to ask questions and review the rate schedules at the Benefits Fair or during an individually scheduled appointment. Please call the Office of Human Resources at ext. 5560 to schedule an appointment. Meetings will last approximately 15 minutes.
