New vendors seeking status as an authorized vendor for the university are asked to complete a Vendor Registration Form. The Elon University Ethical Procurement Guidelines which communicate the university’s expectations for vendor compliance, behavior and service are included with the vendor registration form.
Annually the Purchasing department will facilitate an exception basis renewal process for vendor registration to ensure vendor information is accurate.
Vendors are encouraged to complete the registration information via the following downloadable document. To do so, click on the link below to download the form. You may then fill out the form and return to us via email, fax or U.S. mail. The form may also be completed manually. Please ensure manually completed forms are clear and easy to read. The IRS Form W-9 should also be completed and returned with the vendor registration form.
