Areas of Expertise

Early in his physical therapy career, Bill Andrews found his niche working with patients suffering from the effects of a stroke. Since then, much of his research has focused on the role physical therapy plays in the recovery process and the impact it has on hospital readmission rates. His study, the “Association of Rehabilitation Intensity for Stroke and Risk of Hospital Readmission” was invited for publication in Physical Therapy, the leading peer-reviewed journal in the profession.
