Endowment Gifts

Endowment gifts ensure the long-term success of Elon. Many donors choose to honor family members, friends or a favorite professor with an endowment gift, which serves as a lasting tribute to a loved one or mentor.

Building the endowment is one of Elon’s top fund-raising priorities. A strong endowment allows Elon to fund initiatives that will have a lasting impact on students’ education and the quality of the institution. Because endowment gifts generate earnings each year, they play a critical role in the University’s long-term financial stability.

Your Endowment Gift Allows Elon To:

Elon’s endowment is approximately $79.9 million. The goal under the NewCentury@Elon strategic plan is to raise $100 million in endowment gifts.
