Tours and Visits

Law School lobbyDaily Tours. Elon Law welcomes visits from prospective students. On weekdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., an Elon Law Student Admissions Ambassador is available to give you a tour of the law school facilities and answer any questions you have about the law school. An appointment is recommended. Please contact Admissions at (336) 279-9200 or law@elon.edu to schedule your tour.

Class Visits. During the academic year, prospective students are welcome to visit an Elon Law class session. The 1:00 p.m. class session is a particularly good time to visit, but class visits are possible most weekdays any time between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. An appointment is required. Meeting with an Admissions Professional. Our admissions counselor, Meg Jordan, Assistant Dean Sharon Gaskin and Associate Dean Alan Woodlief would be pleased to schedule an appointment with you to answer any questions you might have about Elon Law or to discuss your law school application. Afternoon Teas. During the academic year, Elon Law hosts an afternoon tea reception one Thursday each month from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. (fall 2009 receptions are scheduled for Sept. 10, Oct. 8, and Nov. 12). At these receptions, our students have the opportunity to network with local judges and attorneys while enjoying refreshments. If you visit on the afternoon of a tea, you are invited to accompany our Admissions Ambassadors to the reception. Reservations are required. Please contact Admissions at least one day in advance at (336) 279-9200 or law@elon.edu, to make a reservation to attend one of these Thursday receptions.
