New Student Orientation

Student Mentors

Working with the Office of Student Affairs, the mission of the Student Mentor program is to serve as welcome ambassadors to incoming first year law students at Elon University School of Law during the summer as well as serve as friends and mentors throughout the incoming students’ first year at Elon.

Student mentors are not tutors and are not necessarily social friends, but are resources, role models, advocates, and guides.  They serve to facilitate the transition to Elon University School of Law making the transition to law school as seamless as possible.  They also serve as a source of information and a point of contact for the incoming 1L class.

You will be contacted by one of the students below prior before Orientation.  They will serve as a guide and mentor starting at Orientation.  In addition, they have scheduled some events prior to Orientation to allow students to get to know each other, as well as the City of Greensboro. You can now sign up for events in August to meet the Student Mentors and fellow classmates from the Class of 2017!

We look forward to seeing you soon at one of the pre-orientation events planned!
