Brought from Germany to Old Salem, NC, by early Moravian settlers, this traditional Christmas service includes the children's carol Morning Star, pure beeswax candles, and a simple fellowship meal of coffee and a Moravian bun.

The Elon University Camerata, Elon’s premier choral ensemble, performs a concert of a cappella works from centuries of choral art in celebration of the holiday spirit. Decorations, candlelight processional and Camerata’s singing will warm your heart. This unique, reflective celebration of the season will be the eighth installment of the highly acclaimed program.

David Borawski, art exhibition

Borawski addresses the interface of art-making and daily life, particularly the refashioning of typical activity, routine and habit into authentic archives, artifacts and performance rituals. Ranging from drawing to large-scale sculpture and multimedia installation, his work reveals the habitual in the creative and the monumental in the mundane. Exhibition continues through February 12.
