Elon University Home

Office of Leadership and Professional Development (OLPD)

This office is associated with the dynamic goal of supporting a world class faculty and staff. Our goal is to engage all staff members on campus to holistically consider their professional lives at Elon and the contribution we each make to create a thriving environment for students and other employees.

With the creation of this office, the university hopes to demonstrate our commitment to Elon employees and their confidence in Elon University as one of the finest working environments in higher education.

Our office has moved and we look forward to having you visit!

We are very excited to announce that we are now located at 202-D Manning Avenue, which is at the intersection of W. Haggard and Manning. We are diagonally across the street from Human Resources and across the street from Arts West and Print Services. Our new location allows us to have a much larger space that includes a conference room, several offices, a growing Leadership Library, and a small kitchen area. We have numerous parking spaces directly outside our door and the Elon Biobus has a stop right across the street at Arts West. We look forward to seeing you soon.
