Thanks for agreeing to serve as a Campus Coordinator the ADVANCE program.  As the liaison between NC Campus Compact, the Service Site and member, you have a critical role to play in the success of the program.  The resources below are to assist your success.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Leslie Garvin, Program Director.

Online Orientation  - Each member must view the orientation then complete the Survey Monkey quiz.  They will print the final page of the quiz.  Please note they must print the page BEFORE they hit submit or they will not be able to go back through the quiz.


Enrollment Documents (also accessible on the Forms page) 

After orientation, member completes the Background Check Authorization Form and submits to you. You mail to NC Campus Compact.

Member shows you their documentation demonstrating their status as a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident.  Click here for the list of acceptable documentation.

NC Campus Compact sends e-mail to the member, through the My AmeriCorps system, with a link to the enrollment form.  The e-mail is from and the subject is My AmeriCorps Enrollment.

Exit Process

You must complete an evaluation for each member whether they are exiting early or with full award.  This is a fillable Microsoft Word document  You can complete the top part using the fillable form but you must print and mail as NC Campus Compact must have the original signature on file. 

Campus Coordinator Exit Evaluation

The exit process for the member involves two steps.

1)  Member must complete the online AmeriCorps exit form.  This is accessible through the My AmeriCorps site where they enrolled. 

Member should complete this form within 30 days of their final day of service. The exit form will be opened once time logs are approved totalling 300 hours.  At that time Leslie Garvin will also send an "Exit Process" email to your member.  Please note, if a member is exiting early/without award, you must notifiy Leslie so she can open the exit form within the online system.   

2) Member must complete an exit survey, whether they are exiting with award or exiting early.  The survey is located at the bottom of the member page.
