PROGRAM OVERVIEWThe goal of the CEEP – NC mini-grant program is to support NC Campus Compact member campuses in engaging students and the local community in the November 2012 election. These grants are intended to be seed money that the campus will match.
Mini-grants will be awarded in three categories: 1) Collaboration, 2) Awareness/Engagement, and 3) Transportation. Download the appropriate application in the Funding Categories section below. It is a Microsoft Office Word fillable form. After you fill in the application, be sure to save it to your desktop and have the authorized campus representative sign the application. The application, with signature, can be emailed or faxed NC Compact will notify all applicants on the status of their application after the review process.
For the initial round, a campus can only apply in one funding category. If there are not enough applicants for any category, and funds are still available, we will announce a second Call for Applications at which time a campus can apply in a second category.
Any currently enrolled student, faculty or staff member on an NC Campus Compact member campus is eligible to apply. In the case of a student applicant, the authorizing official who signs the application must be a faculty or staff member.
