Access & Success Initiatives

Realizing the strength of our Compact, the Executive Board has worked since 2007 to encourage all NC Campus Compact members to create programs and strategies to increase the college access and success of all our youth, particularly those under-represented on our college campuses.  NC Campus Compact provides research, resources and programs to member campuses as they work to increase access, retention and graduation rates of first generation and under-represented students.
