Saturday, September 20 Family Weekend.  Parent Professor Meetings  9:30- 11:00 a.m. // Mini Courses for parents 11:30 - 12:15. //  Activities for Family Weekend are scheduled 9/19-9/21
Wed-Fri September 24-26 Rosh Hashanah (Jewish).  Approved by the University as an excused absence holiday.  The holiday lasts from 5:00 p.m. on 9/24 until an hour after sundown on 9/26. (The majority of Elon students observe the holiday only sundown on  9/25)

Fri-Sat  October 3-4 Yom Kippur (Jewish). Approved by the university as an excused absence holiday. Holiday lasts from 5:00 p.m. on 10/3 until an hour after sundown on 10/4.
Sat..-Sunday, October 4-5 Eid al Adha (Islam) Approved by the university as an excused absence holiday.  The holiday lasts from sundown.on 10/4 through 10/5.

Wed-Fri, October 8-10 Sukkot (Jewish)  Approved by the university as an excused absence holiday.  Starts 5:00 p.m. Wed 10/8 and ends an hour after sundown on 10/10.
