Fall is always a busy time at Elon, full of many activities to enrich the mind and nourish the spirit.

Family Weekend is coming up, September 25-27! If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the weekend by clicking the link to the right. We have a number of wonderful activities planned for the weekend, including some just for grandparents. I look forward to welcoming you back home to campus this fall.

On October 6, Elon welcomes Itzhak Perlman for the Fall Convocation address in Alumni Gym. Beloved for his charm as well as his remarkable artistry, Perlman has performed on violin with every major orchestra in concert halls around the globe, and he has entertained and enlightened television viewers of all ages on shows including “The Late Show with David Letterman,” Sesame Street,” “The Frugal Gourmet” and “The Tonight Show.” He has garnered 16 Grammy Awards over the years and was honored in 2008 with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award for excellence in recording arts. We hope you can join us for these exciting events.

Warm regards,
