Elon Volunteers- The Human Race 5K run/walk is at 9 a.m.
Saturday at Williams High School. The cost is $25 per
participant and the money goes to a local non-profit
organization. Registration forms are in the EV! office,
Moseley 230. Make checks payable to Human Race. Volunteers
are also needed. Contact the EV! office for more information.
Campus Rec- Join Elon Outdoors on their high ropes trip on
Friday, April 2. There will be interest meetings at 5 p.m.
March 15 and at 6 p.m. March 16 in Koury 141. Challenge
yourself on the high ropes course.
Elon Cares- Free, confidential AIDS testing at the R.N.
Ellington Health Center today from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Sponsored by Alamance Cares and Elon Cares. Also, March 10
there will be a free showing of an oscar-winning film about
AIDS in McEwen 011 starting at 8 p.m.
Alpha Phi Omega- Alpha Phi Omega is becoming more active by
volunteering at Elon Elementary, helping with the Human Race
Walk and maintaining our adopted highway. We are working at
the Elon Elementary Auction this weekend and helping Habitat
with their Shack-a-thon.
Catholic Campus Ministry- Join us for our spring break
service trip with the Christian Appalachian Project in
Kentucky. We depart Sunday, March 21 and return on Friday,
March 26. Cost: Use of your muscles. Sign up in Moseley 206.
Declared or prospective freshman or sophomore business
majors- What courses should you be taking? What are the
payoffs to a degree in accounting, business administration or
economics? To get the answers to these and related questions,
attend an information meeting 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, in
