Organization Briefs

Habitat for Humanity — Habitat for Humanity would like to invite Elon University students and faculty/staff to this year's "A Night in Paris" Senior Prom, an event for the community's senior citizens. The prom will be held from 7 p.m.-10 p.m. on April 28  in McKinnon Hall! Come spend the evening dancing and interacting with the Elon community! Tickets are $30 for a couple and $20 for a single ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Contact Becky Williams at rwilliams12@elon.edu for more information.

 

SGA — Come to the Student Government Association's open forum today to hear Elon football coach Pete Lembo speak. SGA meets at 7:30 p.m. every Thursday in Moseley 215.

 

Twisted Measure — Come to Twisted Measure's spring concerts May 5 and 6! Show times are 8 p.m. on Friday and 5:30 p.m. on Saturday (before O.A.R.). Tickets will be sold for $5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Moseley on May 1 - 4 , and at the door as well!

 

West Area Council – Wet n' Wild West Area Day will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 29. Join West Area for a BBQ and fun games like capture the flag, volleyball and basketball, a moon bounce and water games.

 

Zeta Tau Alpha — Support the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by playing in ZTA's 9th annual Crown Classic Golf Tournament at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Challenge Golf Course. Sign up at the Moseley table.

 

The Pendulum runs organizational briefs free of charge as a service to the Elon community.  The Pendulum asks that briefs be informative of upcoming events and should be no longer than 40 words. All briefs should be turned in by 5 p.m. Monday.
