Junior Year - Self and Career Awareness Integration

• Meet with a career counselor at the Career Center to determine career objective
• Register on the Elon Job Network for internship/co-op opportunities; see the Career Center for additional assistance
• Explore the Career Center Website for career references, graduate school guides and information on potential employers
• Explore the Elon Career Network through the Elon Job Network (on the Career Center website) for contacts with Elon alumni, parents and other friends of Elon
• Write your own resume and develop interviewing skills (attend related workshops or set up an appointment with the Career Center for assistance)
• Take "Transition Strategies" Course  
• Find a career-related internship/co-op, or summer job
• Conduct information interviews
• Attend job/career fairs to develop internship and job contacts
• Attend career-related programs
• Participate in Study Abroad
• Research graduate and professional schools
• Take graduate school entrance exams
