Senior Year - Career Decision and Implementation

• Attend Senior Class Meeting early in Fall semester
• Take "Transition Strategies" Course 
• Attend career development workshops or set up an appointment with the career center for assistance with resumes and job search letters, interviewing skills, job search strategies, and graduate/professional schools
• Register (or update your resume if already registered) on the Elon Job Network for job opportunities; check for jobs using the network
• Explore job leads/graduate schools on internet (see the Career Center Website for resources)
• Apply to graduate/professional school
• Develop your job search campaign with career counselor
• Polish your resume and cover letters
• Participate in mock interviews
• Research potential employers (see Career Center Website for resources)
• Attend job/career fairs; check Career Center Website for more information on upcoming events
• Interview on-campus with recruiters
• Develop network of other contacts; the Career Center Networking Brochure can help
• Connect with alumni and other professionals using the Elon Career Network through the Elon Job Network (on the Career Center Website)
