The Elon Academy and Alamance Citizens for Education sponsor The Road to Success at Elon University each year in February. The Road to Success is a one-day informational program intended to challenge students in grades 6-12 and their families to think more deeply about what they are doing now to prepare for college. A variety of workshops are provided, including: Paying for College; SAT vs. ACT; College Application 101; Choosing the Right College or University; Historically Black Colleges and Universities; Middle School Students Preparing For Success; and Presenting Your Best Self. The event is free of charge.
