STUDENT COMPLAINTS

Elon is committed to providing students a means for sharing their concerns and officially registering complaints about any academic program, student service or process. The Student Complaint Form provides students with an avenue to submit a concern regarding any area on campus for which no other specific process exists. You will receive confirmation that your complaint was received and routed to the appropriate office within 24 hours for review and response.

Please note that students who wish to file a complaint regarding Health and Counseling Services may need to sign a release of information form so that the appropriate administrative official can adequately and thoroughly review the complaint . The University does not release those records for administrative review without authorization.
