NPHC Membership Intake Membership Intake is the backbone of continuity for the affiliate chapters of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. Unlike the Panhellenic Council and Interfraternity Council, there is no NPHC Formal Recruitment period. Recruitment tactics and initiation procedures for new members are unique to each NPHC organization. For this reason, each chapter conducts a covert process until the “coming out” of their new members. If you are interested, please contact the president of your prospective chapter.
