Definition - the unauthorized taking of property from the possession of another person or the university. This includes, but is not limited to, taking another's belongings, the unauthorized possession of parking decals or consumption of food. Sanctions
First Offense - normally, not less than preliminary suspension with possible disciplinary suspension; restitution, loss of campus housing, and educational program or project.
Second Offense - permanent separation.
