Phase III: Change

During Phase III, students focus on how to create personal and organizational CHANGE. Phase III focuses on change and begins preparation for leaving your legacy.  As an invigorating condition of life, change creates energy, passion and emotion that is both beneficial and challenging.

Leaders enrolled in ICLP will explore each component of the Social Change Model throughout their time in the program.  Phase III focuses on change and begins preparation for leaving your legacy.  As an invigorating condition of life, change creates energy, passion, and emotion that is both beneficial and challenging.

After completing Phase III, participants will:

• Identify personal strengths and weaknesses that can be applied towards creating positive personal change.
• Learn effective strategies to actively participate in personal change.
• Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of an organization for which you are a member.
• Determine your vision regarding positive social change and identify initial steps and resources towards implementing your legacy project.
• Understand and demonstrate techniques of effective facilitation.
