Diversity Tea

The Diversity Tea Program is a yearlong series of 12 diversity-oriented, 45 minute discussions among Elon students, faculty, and staff. Diversity Tea sessions are ideal for bite-sized conversations addressing the mission, goals, and objectives of diversity on and off campus.

Diversity Tea sessions may include activities, presentations, and facilitated dialogues. This series equips participants with the knowledge and skills to engage and lead diversity discussions. Each session encourages participants to engage in meaningful and thought-provoking conversations and the continuity throughout the year has a greater cumulative impact on participants than a one-time workshop. This series directly supports the Multicultural Center and university missions to emphasize diversity education as a continuing critical component of Elon campus culture.

Contact the Multicultural Center for information about upcoming Diversity Tea sessions.
