Phase one is for students who want to remain in their current residence hall space for the next year. A returner (someone currently living in the space) can pull other people into their space as long as they fill the space (ex: 3 people cannot retain a 4 Colonnades pod).
Students who choose not to remain will relinquish the right to their current spaces, and those spaces become part of the general housing pool. Students going through phase two may then apply for these spaces.
Phase One for Station at Mill Pt. Residents: Feb 26 8am-11pm
Phase One for All Other Neighborhoods: March 3-4
Phase two is for students who want to apply for a different space. Your housing priority number is used during this time. Please log into Ontrack on or after February 10 to check your eligibility for Phase Two. Also, please check the group minimums page to see how many students you need to fill your desired housing location.
Phase Two for the Station at Mill Pt.: February 27
Phase Two for juniors/seniors (other neighborhoods): March 6
Phase Two for sophomores: March 17-18
Phase Three is for rising sophomores who wish to sign up for a space in a double room by themselves (not with a group). You will be assigned a roommate, however. Elon University has a 2 year live on requirement, so all rising sophomores must live on campus unless they are granted an appeal.
Phase Three is March 20 in Moseley Center - Room 215 (not online)
