Information Meeting: 5:00 PM on February 10, 2014 in Belk Library 102
Selection Day: 3:00-5:00 PM on March 5, 2014 in Moseley 215
Relocation Selection Process
Due to a number of different circumstances, some students will be unable to remain in their current rooms. These reasons include placement of residence life staff, learning communities, first-year only buildings, discontinuation of property and non-renewal of expanded housing leases, etc.
Residents who currently live in traditional double rooms, four room suites, flats, apartments, or on floors/halls that are designated for special uses for the 2014-2015 academic year will be given "relocated status."
All residents given "relocated status" will receive written notification by e-mail explaining all of the details.
Those who choose to participate in the relocation phase because they did wish to remain in their space will be given comparable housing on campus. Relocation phase is NOT online. Students who wish to be relocated must come to Moseley 215 from 3:00-5:00 PM on March 5. This is not a first-come, first-served process. Students will be asked to fill out an application listing all group members' names. Assignments will be posted with the other phase one assignments on March 7, 2014.
If a relocated student chooses not to participate, then they can opt to go through phase one by being "pulled-in" with another group that can remain in their space or go through phase two by joining with another group of students.
