Want Back on Campus?
In years past, students who were living off-campus during the spring semester were not permitted to go through the housing selection process in February and March. Now, a limited number of off-campus students will be permitted to go through the process.
If you are an off-campus student who wishes to go through the housing selection process either by yourself or with a group, please complete the following steps:
-
Pay the $200 housing reservation fee. This fee can be paid over the phone (336.278.5300), online, or a check or credit card can be brought to the bursar's office (Alamance 111).
-
Once the housing reservation fee payment is made it takes roughly 24 hours to process. Students will need to plan accordingly when applying for housing. Students will not be able to log in to the housing applications for roughly 24 hours after they submit their payment.
-
Complete the request form by clicking here (beginning January 31, 2011), printing the form, and returning it to residence life (Moseley 213) by the posted deadlines below.
-
If you are approved, review the application schedule so that you can log-in to Ontrack at your approved time (click here to review information about housing priority numbers beginning Feburary 13).
Please note a limited number of off-campus students will be permitted to go through the process. You and your fellow group members are encouraged to make additional plans in the event that you are not approved to go through the process.
Residence life limits the number of off-campus students in order to assure space for students currently on campus.
