Winter & Spring Housing Information
Applications for winter and spring 2010 student housing are available here beginning November 2, 2009.
The application is intended for:
- New incoming and transfer students
- Re-admitted students
- Students returning from study abroad
- Returners attempting to move back on campus
If you will need housing for winter and spring terms (2010) please fill out the application and return to Moseley 213 (drop-off, mail in, or fax).
Deadline to apply for students arriving for winter term is: Friday, December 11, 2009 at 5:00pm
- Assignments sent out: Wednesday, December 16, 2009
Deadline to apply for students arriving for spring term is: Friday, January 8, 2010 at 5:00pm
- Assignments sent out: Tuesday, January 12, 2010
Important Notes
- Housing is not guaranteed to transfers and re-admitted students (exceptions for those who made arrangements with the Assistant Vice President for Student Life prior to their medical withdrawal).
- Students requesting special accommodations due to a medical issue must submit additional documentation to Student Disability Services. Click here for more information.
- Freshmen and sophomores returning from abroad are guarenteed housing ( though not guaranteed a specific building or room).
- Assignment information will be sent out as quickly as possible for students to make plans.
- If we are unable to make an assignment for you, we will notify you of that as well.
- Requests from current students to complete a room change will not be considered during the room freeze (December 1, 2009 - February 16, 2009).
