The Oaks Neighborhood is a six-building apartment complex for 600 students, mostly juniors and seniors with a focus on the experiential learning opportunities that are common to this demographic: internships, undergraduate research, campus and community leadership, and preparing for study abroad experiences.
All units are furnished with bedroom furniture (full bed, desk, dresser, and chair); living room furniture (couch, chair, end table, entertainment center, and coffee table); dining room furniture (table and chairs for the 4 person units and bar stools for the 2 person units); washer and dryer; dishwasher; microwave; refrigerator; stove and full access to the campus computer network.
The commons building, McCoy Commons, includes a living room, meeting rooms, a community kitchen, and the area office. There is parking for over 500 residents, an outdoor sand volleyball court, picnic area, and basketball court.
