The Oaks Neighborhood is a six-building apartment complex for 600 students, mostly sophomores and juniors, with a focus on deepening the Elon Experience. Combining experiential learning—internships, undergraduate research, campus and community leadership, and study abroad experiences—with identity development will allow residents to connect to campus partners and mentors to help them thrive in and out of the classroom.
Julie Justice is the Faculty Director and responsible for the intellectual life of the neighborhood.
All units are furnished with bedroom furniture (full bed, desk, dresser, and chair); living room furniture (couch, chair, end table, entertainment center, and coffee table); dining room furniture (table and chairs for the 4 person units and bar stools for the 2 person units); washer and dryer; dishwasher; microwave; refrigerator; stove and full access to the campus computer network.
