The Honors Pavilion was built in 2002. It is named in honor of William R. Kenan Jr., a chemist and industrialist with wide-ranging businses interests. It is home to the Honors Learning Community (Honors Fellows).
The International Pavilion was built in 2002. It is named in memory of Isabella Cannon '24, the first female mayor of Raleigh and a longtime beneficiary of Elon. Starting fall 2013, it is home to the Elon College Fellows Learning Community. The International Pavilion also houses a Faculty-in-Residence Apartment.
