Residence Hall and Apartments: Colonnades A & B
Colonnades A and B are the newest residential buildings on campus. These buildings are traditional style design with a combination of private, single rooms and pod, four-person suites. It is adjacent to the Koury Business Center and Colonnades Dining Hall. It is home to six learning communities, including Spanish, Italian, German, French, Business, and Sustainability. The Area Office is located in Colonnades A.
Each room is air conditioned, fully carpeted, and comes completely furnished, including a full-sized bed (which requires full-sized sheets). On each floor, there is a large common room that is furnished with a television, dvd player, lounge chairs, a couch, table and chairs, computers, and a kitchen that includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Laundry facilities are also on each floor. On the first floor of both buildings, there is a trash and recycling room for convenience.
