Communications Floor
Description:
The
Communications Floor, located on the first floor of Sloan,
connects communications students, including those majoring or
intending to major in communications. Students have an
opportunity to get to know communications faculty on a more
personal level, learn from others on the floor who share
common academic and extracurricular interests, participate in
field trips to media organizations, and host speakers on
communication-related topics. Students on this floor
represent the various concentrations and majors in the School
of Communications including journalism, broadcast and new
media, corporate communications and cinema. Sloan is
convenient to McEwen, where most communications classes are
held.
