Where is it?

The LSB Business Community is on the third floor of the Colonnades A, next to the Koury Business Center.

The floor includes:

• single bedrooms (stand-alone or suites)
• wireless internet
• cable TV
• laundry facilities
• common room with kitchenette

How much does it cost?

Each room is a single so the cost to live in the house is the price of a single room on campus per semester. The rates for the following academic year are determined during the March Board of Trustees meeting.

Freshmen are required to have 11 meal plan, Sophomores are required to have a 9 and Juniors/Seniors are required to have a 5 meal plan. 

How do I apply?

Returning Students: Contact the community advisor(s) and complete an application during the annual online housing selection process.

Incoming Freshmen: Select YES on the Freshman Online Housing Application and answer the essay question and submit it.
