Living
What is it?
Students who are interested in supporting issues around the
environment and educating others about the environment.
Who will live there?
Freshmen and upperclassmen are equally welcome. Anyone
interested in improving the environment and learning about
sustainable living would be great members of this community.
Residents are expected to make the LC a special place.
You should have a positive attitude toward sustainable living
and education, contribute to the academic goals of the
community, and maintain the cooperative spirit.
Where is it?
The Sustainable Living LC is in Colonnades B, next
to the Koury Business Center. Also in the building is the
Collective Action and Responsibility LC.
The floor includes:

single bedrooms (stand-alone or suites)

common room with kitchenette
How much does it cost?
Each room is a single so the cost to live in the house is
the price of a single room on campus per semester. The rates
for the following academic year are determined during the
March Board of Trustees meeting.
Freshmen are required to have 11 meal plan, Sophomores are
required to have a 9 and Juniors/Seniors are required to have
a 5 meal plan.
How do I apply?
Returning Students:
Returning Students: Contact the community
advisor(s) and complete an application during the annual
online housing selection process.
Incoming Freshmen: Select YES on the
Freshman Online Housing Application and answer the essay
question and submit it.
