Pre-SERVE

Pre-SERVE 2009: June 21-27

Pre-SERVE is a week-long service experience over the summer that allows you to meet other first-year students and become familiar with the community you will be a part of for the next four years. Pre-Serve is also a great place to meet Elon professors and staff while familiarizing yourself with the campus before the academic year starts. Past Pre-Serve participants have made friends in the program and become involved in Elon Volunteers! (EV!) leadership positions.

 Places Pre-Serve participants have volunteered in the past include: Habitat for Humanity, Boys and Girls Club, Burlington Housing Authority, Loaves and Fishes, and other service agencies in the Burlington area. Space is limited so apply today! The program involves a registration fee of $300 (which includes a $125 deposit) for those who are accepted. The cost of registration includes: lodging, food, and supplies.
