












*The purpose of the low risk event grant program is to provide support for student-sponsored social events.
*Low risk means likely to be safer or without problems; eligible events must be substance free.
*Events will only be funded if they are scheduled during a high risk time. High risk times are times that students are more likely to engage in substance abuse; these times include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings after 8pm.
*If you are applying for a low risk event grant you must turn in your application and meet with a peer educator during grant hours at least two weeks prior to your event - no exceptions.
Spring 2012 Grant Hours:
Mondays from 1:30-3pm
Thursdays from 12:30-2pm
Location: Harden Dining Hall, Room A, Office 2
*An evaluation form, receipts, and any remaining money are due within 3 days after the event. If you do not turn in receipts, you will be asked to refund the money.
