Marine Iguanas!
I am an Associate Professor of Biology at Elon
University. I am also part of the Environmental
Studies program at Elon University. Students currently
enrolled
in one of my classes can find information about the class on Blackboard.
I
was a Postdoctoral Associate at Rutgers
University and before that I
was
a
Graduate Student at the University of
Pennsylvania.
My research is in the fields of ecology and
evolution.
I use phylogenetic techniques to investigate the patterns of evolution
seen in life history traits. I also use DNA fingerprinting in natural
populations
of lizards to determine the effect of physiological variation on
reproductive
success.
