Open Enrollment
This year's official Open Enrollment
period is November 4, 2009 through November 18, 2009.
Your new benefit elections will be effective on January
1, 2010.
During Open Enrollment you will have an opportunity to:
* add, drop, or make changes to your medical, dental, or AFLAC
insurance programs;
* add, drop, or make changes to your life insurance (Lincoln Financial) and/or
VSP (Vision Service Plan) Buy-Up Option(s);
* update your beneficiary information (Life
Insurance and Retirement);
* begin or make changes to your supplemental retirement plan;
* begin or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending
Accounts.
Remember that all of your current benefit elections,
except for the dental and the flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care) , will automatically carry forward into 2010 unless you complete paperwork to effect a change.
