Physical Plant

The Physical Plant Department has wide ranging responsibilities in operating and maintaining the real property facilities and infrastructure of the University. The men and women of the department are dedicated to providing high quality facilities and grounds maintenance and service to the campus community and continually strive to enhance the appearance, operation and functional life of Elon's facilities. In accomplishing these tasks, we are organized into four distinct units:

• Building Trades
• Environmental Services
• Landscaping & Grounds
• Utilities Maintenance

As a service organization, our goal is to provide the highest quality services that meet or exceed our customers expectations. In the Elon tradition, we are committed to doing "whatever it takes" to get the job done and to support the successful accomplishment of the University's goals.

The Physical Plant Department may be found in the Elon West building located at 406 W. Haggard Avenue, Elon, NC 27244. Normal business hours are: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
