Headline: The End of Identity Theft

Nutshell: The security problems of the Internet will eventually become so pervasive as to require legislation requiring financial institutions to dramatically improve safeguards against identity theft.

Vision: Many of the perceived security problems of the Internet are motivated by weaknesses in the financial system that allow Internet criminals to convert information into cash.
