Faculty Support

Instructional Design & Development offers instructional design services to faculty who would like to address any facet of the teaching/learning process. We can be a sounding board and offer assistance and feedback for those who are interested in:

• Trying a new teaching technique or instructional strategy
• Using technology in the classroom
• Ways to improve student learning
• 'Repackaging' or resequencing the content in a course
• Incorporating more student-centered activities into your classes
• Learning about learning styles
• Discussing options for assessment, and
• Other topics

We can also:

• Demonstrate software and instructional tools
• Generate creative classroom ideas
• Assist with conference or classroom material development
• Provide software training
• Research innovative teaching tools for the classroom and share findings, and
• Provide in-class training for students
