Women's Resource Center

Description: To Empower Women to Improve and Enrich Their Lives. Activities of this organization enable women to improve their life circumstances through education and opportunities to gain skills-such as budgeting. Service learners can expect opportunities to assist with administrative duties, social media, creating promotional videos,and some client contact and interaction. Students may also work on specific programs like the Working Women's Wednesdays, Growing Up and Liking It and participate in fundraising efforts such as our Annual Herb Festival.

Notes: Will interview students and, if accepted, will set up orientation time prior to first day. Our volunteer needs are for specific projects. We can accept larger groups if the project work is done off-site.
