Description: This organization, over 20 years old, run solely by volunteers offers meals to over 100 individuals in low income circumstances, including families and elderly on weekends (only). Must schedule hours in advance-professional dress is required for service. Service experiences are centered around meal preparation and serving and involve direct contact with clients. Service will take place Saturdays and Sundays during lunch. Agency is under the auspices of Burlington Assembly of God and does not receive government or state funds, only donations. 33,493 meals served in 2008.
