ON THE BIOBUS LOOP
The activities of Healthy Alamance are designed to help improve access to, and increase awareness of, preventive health services, as well as eliminate health disparities among the disadvantaged. Each coalition works within their focus area to promote health habits to prevent or manage disease, or improve the availability of information and resources so that people know how to get the help they need. Coalition areas include: Chronic Disease, Substance Abuse, Asthma, Community Assessment, and other areas outside of the agency (school health, safe kids, and transportation).
