Public relations is the bridge between an organization and its many publics. This course emphasizes the theories, strategies and techniques in organizational environments (corporate, not-for-profit, associations, agencies, government) and studies historical roots, formation of public opinion, crisis management, marketing, and the ethical requirements to be a responsible corporate citizen.
