KCSL – RISE II Program in Search for Tutors:  Education Opportunity

The Alamance Couty Dispute Settlement and Youth Services' RISE II program is looking for tutors to help students in suspention not get academically behind.

The Alamance County Dispute Settlement and Youth Services runs a program for students under suspension. The RISE II program is geared towards these students so that they can work on their coursework as well as academic work throughout the duration of their suspension. These students also partake in the Cognitive Behavior Interventions curriculum.

Volunteers are needed to tutor the students through their course work. The students are given a work packet for them to complete during this time. The program runs for the duration of the school year. For more information and/or to sign up to participate please contact Bill Dunlap at billdunlapacsdp@yahoo.com or (336)227-9808.
