Professor of Music Thomas Erdmann has two articles published in a professional saxophone journal.
Professor Thomas Erdmann in the Department of Music had two articles published in the November/December 2014 issue of Saxophone Journal. They are on New York classical saxophonist and noted music historian Paul Cohen. He is currently on the faculty of the Manhattan School of Music, New York University, Queens College and the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. He has performed with the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, and has soloed over 100 times with orchestras throughout the world. He also appears on the famous Frederick Fennell Cleveland Symphonic Winds albums. The other article is on Eric Nestler, Professor of Saxophone at the University of North Texas.
