The largest daily newspaper in central North Carolina called the ensemble's fall concert a program "full of color and masterful playing" and lauded Professor Thomas Erdmann for his conducting.
The News & Record in Greensboro, N.C., praised students, faculty and community members in a recent review of the Elon University Chamber Orchestra’s fall concert.
The orchestra’s performance on Nov. 11, 2014, was recapped two days later with a glowing article that complimented the musicians – incuding faculty members Matthew Buckmaster and Victoria Fischer Faw – and conductor Thomas Erdmann for moments that were both “sensitive” and “giddy.”
