Men’s Club Hockey competed in a tournament at the Carolina Ice Palace in Charleston, South Carolina earlier this month.
The Elon team was not at all worried about their opponents on the Citadel team; they had played and easily beat the team earlier in the season. While the entire team was exhausted from multiple games over the weekend, a few body checks early in the game woke everyone up. From there, the team began playing very dominantly, controlling the puck constantly and easily winning 6-2. The team also competed against Coastal Carolina but lost the match. The Elon team will play their last home game against NC State Saturday night February 7 and it would be great to have student fans to support the squad!
