Elon Men’s Rugby traveled to Savannah, Ga. the weekend of March 14-15 to play in the premier St. Patrick’s Day Rugby Tournament on the East Coast.
Elon finished fourth place out of the eight participating collegiate teams. Elon shut-out conference opponent College of Charleston 14-0 in their first game of the tournament. After this ,Elon moved on to Auburn University out of the SEC and lost a tough game 17-7. In the final game of the tournament, Elon dropped another tough loss to Buffalo State.
